What You’ll Do:

· Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline.

• Educate homeowners on standby generator systems and power solutions
• Perform load calculations and recommend properly sized systems
• Create professional proposals and close profitable installation jobs
• Obtain customer-authorized agreements and deposits
• Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood prospecting
• Review all sold jobs with department leadership

· Document your sales in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.

What You’ll Bring:

· 2 years of sales experience.

· 1 years of residential Electrical/Generator experience (preferred)

· Generac Liquid Cooled Certification  (preferred) 

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.

· Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
