Job Title: Quality Inspector 1
Shift: 1st shift – 4 days 10hrs/day
Schedule: M –Th 5:00am – 3:30pm
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93063
Summary:
Perform routine visual and mechanical inspections on electronic and electromechanical parts. Identify quality issues, document results, support audits, and follow established QA procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect soldered connections, wires, sensors, and assemblies using gauges, calipers, micrometers, torque tools, etc.
- Follow detailed work instructions and QA processes.
- Document acceptance/rejection results.
- Support internal audits and corrective actions.
- Maintain consistent, punctual attendance; occasional nights/weekends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Ability to interpret drawings/blueprints.
- Experience with measurement tools and standard QA methods.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 is a plus.
- Strong communication & Microsoft Office skills.
- Hands-on inspection experience (1–3 yrs), strong attention to detail, tool use skills, computer skills. Blueprint/drawing familiarity a plus.
