ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor and respond to incoming RGA requests
- Research and create new cases and RGAs
- Coordinate with warehouse team on returned products
- Request return authorizations from vendors
- Process vendor credits and update cases
- Request and distribute credit memos when needed
- Create BOLs and shipping documents/labels
- File freight claims through UPS Capital
- Follow up on outstanding credits, RGAs, pickups, and cases
- Create and maintain/update processes and SOPs
- Weekly data reporting
- Ability to work in office and warehouse settings regularly
- Assess the condition of returned product and determine its disposition
- Assist in locating product in the warehouse
- Assist the Warehouse Inventory Specialist in daily duties as needed
- Serve as backup to the Warehouse Inventory Specialist when required
- Special projects as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar position
- An associate’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion.
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
- This is an on-site role; remote option is not available.
