We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team, someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate patient intake, registration, and scheduling across multiple locations.
  • Verify insurance coverage and prepare Verification of Benefits for appointments.
  • Manage referrals and maintain accurate referral tracking
  • Review schedules daily, fill openings, and approve online scheduling requests.
  • Ensure patient paperwork and electronic registration forms are completed before appointments.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and audit trails in practice management system.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate practice management software efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional communication and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in medical office administration or healthcare customer service preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
