Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate patient intake, registration, and scheduling across multiple locations.
- Verify insurance coverage and prepare Verification of Benefits for appointments.
- Manage referrals and maintain accurate referral tracking
- Review schedules daily, fill openings, and approve online scheduling requests.
- Ensure patient paperwork and electronic registration forms are completed before appointments.
- Maintain detailed patient records and audit trails in practice management system.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate practice management software efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in medical office administration or healthcare customer service preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
