Job Overview:
Pinnacle Punch is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processing Specialist to manage and coordinate incoming customer orders for embroidery digitizing and vector artwork services. This role is essential in ensuring that all client orders are accurately reviewed, assigned, tracked, and delivered on time in accordance with our fast turnaround standards.
You will serve as a key link between customers, design teams, and production workflows, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order fulfillment from intake to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and validate incoming customer orders for digitizing and vector conversion services
- Ensure all artwork files meet required specifications before assigning to design teams
- Accurately input order details into internal systems and workflow management tools
- Assign orders to appropriate designers based on complexity, skill level, and workload
- Monitor order progress and ensure strict adherence to turnaround times (3–6 hours standard where applicable)
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, file issues, or clarification needs
- Perform quality checks on completed orders before final delivery
- Coordinate with digitizing and vector teams to resolve production issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records of all processed orders and revisions
- Support continuous improvement of workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order processing, production coordination, or customer service (preferably in a design or print environment)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of file formats (PNG, JPG, DST, PES, AI, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with workflow or order management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Pay: $23.50 - $26.20 per hour
