Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and originate new business opportunities across MCA, revenue-based, and alternative credit markets.
- Develop and manage relationships with ISOs, brokers, and small business owners to drive inbound and outbound deal flow.
- Qualify and structure financing deals, working closely with underwriting and credit teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiate terms and rates, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the firm and clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging lending solutions to provide strategic input and market intelligence.
- Meet and exceed sales and origination targets through proactive outreach and pipeline management.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, MCA, lending, or private credit origination.
- Strong knowledge of merchant cash advance products, small business financing, or structured lending.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a financial or B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
