Your Role
As a Plumbing Specialist, you’ll install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and light commercial projects.
You’ll be trusted to deliver clean, precise work, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and help maintain Pinnacle’s reputation for professionalism and excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job plans
- Work with PEX, PVC, copper, and steel piping systems
- Perform remodeling and repiping work, including fixture and system upgrades
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and protect customer property
- Coordinate with office staff and project managers to stay on schedule
- Follow safety protocols and uphold company standards on every job
Requirements
- 2 years of plumbing experience (residential or commercial)
- Knowledge of installation methods, pipe threading, and system layout
- Ability to read blueprints or plumbing diagrams
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must provide basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in workmanship
- VA plumbing license or apprentice card preferred
