Job Summary:
The Plumbing Technician will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including domestic water, sewer, and gas systems. You’ll also respond to emergency calls, perform inspections, and ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards.
Responsibilities Include:
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
• Install plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, urinals, faucets, garbage disposals, and water heaters
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems and components
• Operate audio-visual and computer equipment for internal sewer line inspections
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls: clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, gas leaks, etc.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and time standards based on company pricing guide
• Complete all necessary paperwork and collect payment when required
• Communicate job status with dispatch after each call and await next assignment
Requirements:
• 2 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (MVR check required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently or in a team

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician/Plumber.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues in residential/commercial settings.
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
