We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor who enjoys helping people, working independently, and taking pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable experience for our overnight guests.
About the Role
As a Night Auditor, you’ll play an important role in keeping our hotel running smoothly throughout the overnight hours. You’ll combine exceptional guest service with nightly accounting and administrative responsibilities to ensure our hotel is ready for a successful new day.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a quieter work environment, is comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing friendly hospitality—even during the late-night and early-morning hours.
Schedule: Friday & Saturday nights, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude throughout the overnight shift.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, questions, and requests.
- Provide exceptional service and work to resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure guest accounts, room charges, taxes, payments, and other transactions are accurate.
- Balance daily revenue, financial transactions, and settlements.
- Complete end-of-day procedures and prepare daily reports for management review.
- Process reservations, answer phone calls, respond to guest correspondence, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain guest privacy and follow all hotel security and confidentiality procedures.
- Monitor hotel safety and security, including guest areas and fire alarm systems, and respond appropriately to emergencies or disturbances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby, and common areas throughout the night.
- Assist with preparing the breakfast area and making coffee during the early morning hours.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Follow all IHG, Pinnacle Partnership, hotel, safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed—because great hospitality is a team effort!
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Flexible and willing to work scheduled holidays when required.
Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or night audit experience is preferred, but we value the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Hospitality or related college education is a plus.
- Ability to learn and confidently use hotel management and reservation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow company grooming, uniform, safety, security, and guest service standards.
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk throughout the hotel for extended periods.
- Sit and stand for periods of time while performing front desk and audit responsibilities.
- Use computers, phones, office equipment, and hotel systems.
- Squat, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Read documents and computer screens and accurately enter information.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members in person and by phone.
- Remain professional, positive, and composed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
