What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heirloom Eatery- Bartender position at Pinnacle Hospitality LLC?
The Bartender is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by crafting beverages, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
· Prepare/serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
· Interact with guests, taking orders and providing recommendations.
· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, shelves, and glassware.
· Adhere to local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
· Upsell drinks and promotions to maximize revenue.
· Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
· Other Duties as assigned
