The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by cleaning dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used during food preparation and service.
· Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards.
· Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper functioning.
· Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
· Properly dispose of waste and empty trash bins as needed.
· Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and kitchen tools.
· Monitor cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
· Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
· Other Duties as assigned.
