Pinnacle Partnership is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations at one of our hotels in Spartanburg, SC. This is a key leadership role responsible for elevating standards, inspiring teams, and ensuring every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment — every stay, every room, every time.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver consistent, high-quality results

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections, scheduling, and workflow planning

Maintain brand standards, cleanliness scores, and guest satisfaction metrics

Manage housekeeping budgets, inventory, and supply controls

Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to support overall hotel operations

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies

Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive, respectful culture

Jump in when needed — this is a hands-on leadership role
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping leadership (Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper preferred)

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
