You’ll start by learning our day-to-day operations, working alongside the team, and developing the skills needed to take on additional leadership responsibilities. As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to assist with team development, performance, and daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing As An Entry-Level Assistant Manager:
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to a small sales team
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of team members
- Help monitor team performance and provide encouragement to achieve daily goals
- Track daily progress and help keep the team organized
- Support day-to-day business operations
- Communicate with leadership regarding team performance and goals
- Help create a positive and productive team environment
