Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Assistant:
- Meet with customers in person to introduce a new, reliable upgrade in connectivity over their current service
- Identify what's frustrating customers about their current setup and close the sale
- Match customers with the right plan based on their household needs and daily usage habits
- Guide customers through account setup and sales activation so the process feels simple and the decision feels confident
- Drive upgrades by clearly communicating connectivity, reliability, and long-term value
Qualifications of the AT&T Wireless Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
