Job Title: Workplace Service Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10036 (100% onsite)
Duration: 6 months (possible extension or going perm)
Additional details:
- Support mailroom and facilities team
- Mainly working with vendors
- Organized, handled a couple of projects
- Tools: Google Suite, Slack
- Must have skills: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Facilities Knowledge
- Teachable/ Nice to have skills: Vendor Management
- Prior facilities experienced required and must be team oriented
- Building: moving all between 8 or at least 3 floors, will sit on 17th floor open seating
Description:
- The Workplace Services Coordinator will report to the Workplace Services Supervisor and will be responsible for the day to day facilities requests and operations for the building.
- The Coordinator will work alongside the rest of the Workplace Services team directly overseeing the different floors within the building.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing floor walks/checks, moving furniture, coordinating event setup requests with onsite moving vendor, helping in mail center, receiving and delivering packages, taking office supply inventories and replenishing as needed.
- Manage and administer ticket submittals for Workplace Services, ensure that facilities issues are identified and addressed quickly.
- This position is fast paced and requires a high level of customer service.
- Time management skills and experience with ticket management a must.
- Minimum 2-3 years of related hands-on Facilities experience required.
- Exceptional customer service/hospitality skills, both verbal and written communication skills a must.
Pay Rate $20 - $24
