What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead District Dietician position at Pinnacle Dietary Global?
Under the direction of the Regional Dietitian, the Assistant Regional Dietitian assures quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis, clinical standards are met, and that the Food and Nutrition Services Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Job Duties:
· Conducts clinical and comprehensive audits in their region
· Provides coverage for vacation and sick time leave in their region
· Assumes responsibilities of the Regional Dietitian in their absence
· Trains new Registered Dietitians in their region
· Attends quarterly company meetings
· Collaborates with Regional Dietitian to conduct monthly dietitian meetings
· Assist the Regional Dietitian in their regions with projects and tasks
· Supports the startup team to for new facilities in their region
· Assists Registered Dietitians or Registered Dietetic Technicians as needed in their region
· Attends all state surveys in their regions
· Provides Regional Dietitian a weekly summary of all accounts in their region
· Assists Regional Dietitian with supplement, snack audits, thicken liquid audits, and audits as assigned
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree and Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, required
Minimum of two to three years of professional experience as a Registered Dietitian
1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting required
Experience managing multiple sites highly preferred
Pay: $83,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
