- Manage a full caseload of medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution· Evaluate claims and defenses by analyzing medical records, applicable standards of care, and causation issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and dispositive filings.
- Work closely with medical experts to establish or challenge breaches of the standard of care and causation, including preparing expert reports and deposition testimony.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, treating providers, and expert witnesses.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Required:
- Recent experience in medical malpractice· DE bar
