- Every customer you speak with is going through a major life moment. Your job is to step in, bring clarity to the process, and guide them confidently from their first question to a booked move.
- This is not an order-taking role. You are responsible for owning the conversation, building trust, and closing the job. You’ll be working with high-quality inbound leads while managing your pipeline to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Inbound Lead Conversion
- Respond quickly to all inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Build trust early and guide customers through the quoting process
- Gather accurate inventory and move details to create complete estimates
- Clearly present pricing and confidently ask for the booking on every opportunity
- Execute a consistent follow-up cadence for every unbooked lead
- Re-engage past estimates and keep opportunities moving forward
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM at all times
- Proactively reach out to warm leads to drive bookings
- Own the outcome of every lead from first contact to close
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue and close rate targets
- Handle objections with confidence and clarity
- Create urgency and guide customers toward a decision
- Protect pricing and margins while maintaining a strong close rate
- Follow up persistently until you get a clear yes or no
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and on-brand experience every time
- Help coordinate MLS box distribution and customer surprise boxes
