Job Summary
Pink Shell Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and have a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment.
Responsibilities
Welcomes and greets guests in a timely manner
Informs guests of special menu items
Serves food and beverage in a timely manner
Performs side work at the start and end of each shift
Prepares room for dining by clothing and setting condiments
Ensures proper sanitation and table cleanliness
Helps and directs patrons by presenting food and beverage menu
Transmits orders to bar and kitchen
Records guest meal and drink sections accurately
Provides bill to guest and collects payment through point of sale system
Checks in regularly with guest to ensue needs are met
Assists fellow servers as situations arise
Communicates with management on any complaints or projected issues
Assists bus person with clearing and resetting tables
Folds silverware to keep up with guest demands Declares tips according to IRS standards
Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.20 - $24.33 per hour
