Public Area Cleaner

Overview

Cleans public areas and meetings spaces and/or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction per BMC company standards. We are looking for both AM and PM Shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides cleaning services to office areas, public areas and restrooms by mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning and dusting
• Validates toilet paper, soap and paper towel are stocked in restrooms
• Ensures towel and waste baskets are emptied regularly
• Responds to and follow through on guest requests, concerns and problems
• Reports all safety hazards or concerns timely
• Ensures that meeting rooms are cleaned per company standard
• Communicates daily by utilizing provided radios
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· 1 year housekeeping experience preferred

Pay: $16.00 per hour
