Duties

- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage to prevent leaks or failures.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Lead or assist with building interior maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in facilities equipment maintenance and repair.
- Experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair to address leaks or system failures promptly.
- Familiarity with residential painting, maintenance painting techniques, and building interior upkeep.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
