What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations, and IT systems
- Serve as the Yardi software support specialist for site staff
- Train staff one-on-one and improve Yardi system accuracy and compliance
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, file servers, ESXi, VMs, backups, and disaster recovery
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and prevent downtime
- Strengthen cybersecurity and protect organizational data
- Support staff with responsive, high-quality technical assistance
- Document procedures, improve workflows, and recommend IT enhancements
- Partner with teams across the organization to support business operations
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years supporting Microsoft client/server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Office 365)
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management platforms
- Knowledge of VMware, Sonicwalls, VPNs, VOIP/POTS, file servers, print servers, and backup systems
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service mindset
- Experience supporting and training staff or end users
- Florida Class E Driver’s License
