Pineland BHDD is currently hiring Case Managers for our Women’s Addictive Disease Residential Program. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who want to support women in recovery through coordinated care, advocacy, housing support, and community linkage within a structured residential treatment setting.
What You’ll Do
As a Case Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive, person-centered social services while serving as a key member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and crisis interventions
- Develop, update, and manage individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Provide ongoing case management and supportive counseling (as appropriate)
- Maintain regular face-to-face contact with individuals on your caseload
- Serve as a liaison between individuals, families, providers, and community agencies
- Coordinate referrals and link individuals to housing, healthcare, and recovery supports
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Criminal Justice, or a related field
Required
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to travel locally and conduct home or community visits

- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices
