Customer Service Department Overview:
The customer service department at Pine View Buildings (PVB) consist of a Customer Service Manager (CSM), that leads Customer Service Coordinators (CSCs), in assisting customers and dealers in resolving issues, scheduling repairs, and keeping all parties updated throughout the process. This person must be computer savvy and have superb customer service skills.
The CS assistant will provide administrative support to the manager and assist with follow-up calls and incoming calls to ensure they are directed to the proper department. They may also assist the CSC with some of the task below.
CSC Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the customer, dealer, and appropriate department to resolve issues
- Continuously update communication in the ticketing interface
- Keep the customer well-informed about the status of their issue and ensure they are pleased with the service provided
- Communicate with the CSM any issues that require immediate assistance or that need a supervisor involved to deescalate the situation
- Process all incoming sales orders, or make adjustments to existing orders, using Acumatica our ERP software.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a professional office setting
- Familiarity with all Microsoft Office products
- Expert level computer skills
- Critical thinking
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing situations
- Work well under pressure, while maintaining a professional presence
- Able to handle confrontational customers professionally

Hours: M-F 8-5 with 1 hour lunch
