- Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications
- Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests per collection policy
- Prepare daily deposits
- Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable
- Oversee all aspects of Payroll
- Supervise Business Office staff
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, and VA billing practices
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and computerized office systems
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written directions at a level necessary to perform job tasks
- A professional team player with reliable attendance
