Your Role as an LPN:
Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
Assist in managing resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or the Director of Nursing
Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Support and mentor CNAs to foster a positive, patient-centered environment
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards
Who We’re Looking For:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care
A team player who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence
