POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Resident Assistant is to assist residents who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and need 24 hour oversight. The Resident Assistant's role is to assist residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents' independence and freedom of choice.
- Must be polite and respectful, responsive to resident needs and requests at all times.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- All applicants must successfully pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
