Resident Services Assistant
This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Resident Services Assistant. Your contributions will help create a welcoming and engaging environment in our assisted living community.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
Transportation:
- Assist residents with entering and exiting the community vehicle
- Provide limited assistance at destinations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and perform regular safety checks on the vehicle
- Coordinate maintenance appointments for the community vehicle
Miscellaneous:
- Support other departments as needed and maintain a clean work area
- Report defective equipment and safety hazards
- Participate in staff training and uphold professional confidentiality and professionalism
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
