Resident Services Assistant
This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in enriching the lives of our residents. Your contributions will help create a welcoming and engaging environment in our assisted living community.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift | Rotating Weekends
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping:
- Clean resident apartments and common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Manage cleaning supplies and ensure safe use of chemicals
Miscellaneous:
- Support other departments as needed and maintain a clean work area
- Report defective equipment and safety hazards
- Participate in staff training and uphold professional confidentiality and professionalism
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with PointClickCare or willingness to learn
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
