Elementary Teacher (Grade 1)

Pine Grove School is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student centered First Grade Teacher to join our incredible school community for the 2026/2027 school year. At PGS, we are looking for a teacher who truly loves children, builds strong relationships with students and families, and creates a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive. The ideal candidate is someone who is positive, flexible, reflective, and passionate about early elementary education. We are looking for a teacher who believes in supporting the whole child while also maintaining high expectations for student learning and growth. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as Pine Grove values teamwork and collective responsibility for all students. Experience with or knowledge of the following programs is preferred: • Fundations • Heggerty • CKLA • Math in Focus The successful candidate should be committed to differentiated instruction, strong literacy and math practices, and social emotional learning.
