What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Administrator position at Pine Belt CDJR Inc?
Key Responsibilities
Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Record vehicle sales, wholesale deals, and related financial documentation.
Verify and post vendor invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders.
Assist with bank deposits, cash handling, and statement reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of dealership expenses and income.
Prepare and distribute reports for management as needed.
Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping when required.
File and maintain accounting documents for audits and compliance.
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff to resolve discrepancies.
Perform other general office duties to support dealership operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of accounting or administrative experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or similar industry.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
Full-time, onsite position in a corporate office environment.
Monday–Friday schedule. Business casual dress code.
