Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting cycle: building job postings, drafting LinkedIn posts, managing candidate scheduling and communication, and coordinating background checks.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including travel coordination for remote staff, equipment orders, and orientation scheduling.
- Update and maintain employee data in Justworks (HRIS) and assist with reporting.
- Coordinate training sessions for new hires and track completions for ongoing development programs.
- Provide administrative support on HR projects, benefits communications, and policy implementation.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, stocking kitchens, and maintaining a professional office environment.
- Coordinate staff events (holiday party, summer team event, lunch & learns, birthday celebrations), including employee travel and accommodations.
- Support firm committees with scheduling, communications, and logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships related to office operations and employee events.
- Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or related internships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn HR and operations systems.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for supporting people and culture.
- $55,000 – $60,000 annually
- 3 days working from PINE's Denver office are required each week.
- Additional in-office days may be required during the additional training period and for office events.
