What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Pinch Kitchen & Bar?
Pinch Kitchen Bar is one of Miami's hottest and most innovative restaurants, combining different flavors and cultural influences to keep dining exciting! We're hiring an energetic person to join us as a full-time Server and elevate the hospitality experience.
When you join us, you'll earn an excellent base pay of $10.98/hour plus tips.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR SERVER
THE SCHEDULE:
Shifts will vary within our business hours:
- 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday
- 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday
- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Sunday
- Closed Monday
YOUR ROLE:
- Warmly greeting guests as they arrive, informing them about menu items and specials, and answering any questions
- Taking down food and beverage orders, including cooking temperatures, special requests, and allergies
- Upselling appetizers, desserts, and premium drinks
- Accurately entering orders into the POS and communicating with kitchen and bar staff
- Taking orders to the correct table and checking in with guests as they eat to ensure everything meets their expectations
- Pre-bussing tables as diners finish with plates, glasses, and silverware
- Bringing the bill as diners finish eating and accurately processing payments
- Helping with side work, including rolling silverware, stocking service stations, and assisting with opening and closing cleaning
- Maintaining a warm and welcoming hospitality environment
SERVER REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of serving experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant
- Preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
