Job description:
Access Care LLC is an adult day and healthcare center seeking a highly motivated and organized bilingual Lead Driver to assist in daily transportation operations, work with a team of drivers, and ensure the safe, timely, and efficient transport of our patients. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality service while maintaining compliance with transportation regulations.
Job Duties:
Assist in supervising all drivers
Coordinate routes and dispatch drivers for timely patient pick-up and drop-off, making adjustments as needed
Drive routes as needed
Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, patients, and internal staff
Assist with hiring and training of new and existing drivers
Record and submit accurate documentation daily
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 25 years of age
Bilingual (preferably Spanish, Arabic, or Russian)
Good driving experience
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and quick to learn
Valid driver's license
No driving violations on record within the past 3 years
Comfortable working in a team environment
