What You’ll Lead:
- Full oversight of Home Health clinical operations
- Staff supervision, mentoring, and performance management
- OASIS review and documentation compliance
- Productivity and staffing management
- Regulatory readiness and quality assurance
- Collaboration with referral sources and interdisciplinary teams
You will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards while helping the agency continue to grow.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Active Texas RN License (Required)
✔ Minimum 1 year Home Health Management experience (Required)
✔ Strong OASIS knowledge (Required)
✔ Wound Care experience – 1 year (Required)
✔ PICC Line experience – 1 year (Required)
✔ Hospice supervisory/management experience (Required)
✔ Proven leadership and team management skills
