The Controller oversees daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring strong internal controls, accurate reporting, and full regulatory compliance. This role leads the accounting team, manages budgeting and forecasting, and supports organizational decision‑making through timely financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, payroll, AP/AR, audits, and compliance filings
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, investments, and working capital
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and employment requirements
- Partner with HR and collaborate across departments to support organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting, business, or related field; Master’s or CPA preferred
- 3 years of finance/accounting leadership
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience is required
- Knowledge of long‑term care billing preferred
- Bilingual Chinese language skills preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
