Responsibilities
- Assess current technical capabilities and identify process and resource gaps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the integration of engineering solutions into customer Electrical Safety Programs (ESP).
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with company growth objectives.
- Act as a technical advisor and liaison between internal teams and external clients.
- Lead or support project scoping, design, execution, and delivery from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate with leadership to explore and build new service offerings, including potential profit center development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering or project support staff.
- Participate in customer meetings, proposals, and technical reviews as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee repeat sales and favorable recommendations.
- Take prompt action to resolve any customer complaints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Program Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in an engineering, technical operations, or program leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable engineering solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or business development support is a plus.
