Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Build relationships with facility managers, plant engineers, and procurement teams
- Conduct site visits to assess needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with estimating and operations to create accurate proposals
- Present, negotiate, and close service agreements and project bids
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline management, and activity reporting
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Stay current on electrical codes, technologies, and industry trends

Required Qualifications
- 3 years of B2B sales experience (industrial, electrical, or construction preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a technical/service environment
- Basic understanding of electrical or industrial systems (no hands-on work required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven hunter mindset with a team-oriented approach
- Valid driver’s license and local travel availability
- Experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facilities
- Background in electrical engineering, construction management, or technical sales
- Existing network in relevant industries
