Job Summary & Responsibilities
This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys supporting business development efforts within a fast-paced construction environment. Long-term growth potential within a collaborative and expanding construction management firm
· Business Development Support
o Support the company’s business development and marketing initiatives through lead generation, proposal coordination, and client engagement activities.
· Proposal & Marketing Coordination
o Assist with the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
o Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with leads, opportunities, and client information.
o Research and identify upcoming construction opportunities across targeted industries and markets.
o Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
· Events & Brand Support
o Coordinate trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, and networking functions.
o Support internal company events, employee communications, and company announcements.
· Content & Communications
o Create and coordinate marketing content for the website, social media, email campaigns, project highlights, safety milestones, awards, and company news
o Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and external communications.
o Collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to support company growth initiatives and client relationships.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
· 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or construction administration.
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience with CRM systems, project tracking software, or
· Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Photoshop are a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience within the construction, engineering, or professional services industry preferred.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
