Role Description
We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and organized team members to deliver outstanding customer service to our members and guests. This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member based in Eldersburg, MD. The Front Desk Staff will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing phone inquiries, scheduling, and maintaining an organized reception area. Additional duties include processing POS transactions, support events and programs, handling administrative tasks, maintaining facility cleanliness and presentability, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties effectively
- Strong Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
- Basic Computer Literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
- An adaptable and proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
- Flexibility is a must- weekend availability required
- Pickleball experience and knowledge preferred
