Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team at Ritual Wellness Club located in Fells Point, MD. Ritual Wellness Club is a contrast therapy studio that has traditional saunas, infrared saunas, cold therapy, salt therapy and much more.
This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a health and wellness setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organization skills, management skills, proficiency with various computer software, and ability to clean the space thoroughly. Attention to detail is key. We are looking for someone to grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression. Provide them with an experience overview and towels.
- Manage phone calls/texts, social media responses, and email responses.
- Handle checking in/out customers, making adjustments in their profiles using our software, and ensuring payment is remitted before using our facility.
- Ensure customers adhere to facility rules and procedures throughout their experience.
- Ensure entire premises is cleaned hourly.
- Consistently wash and fold towels during shift.
- Deep clean entire premises either before AM shift or after the last PM shift (depending on your hours)
- Ensure all facility modalities are operating optimally.
- Follow procedures of opening shift, closing shift, or transitioning shift checklist.
- Ensure towels and other supplies are always handy.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proven experience in time and organizational management or administrative roles.
- Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer software skills in booking and customer platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills to properly provide guidance and information.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
