As a Cafe Associate, you’ll be cross‑trained to support multiple areas of the café. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Expo and run food orders with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining area, and service stations at all times
- Restock supplies and maintain organized workspaces
