• Provide expert guidance to customers on automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems to ensure they find the right solutions for their needs
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability
• Assist customers with point-of-sale transactions using POS systems, handling cash and credit payments accurately
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service
• Support automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting by sharing technical insights and recommendations
• Maintain organized shelving, stockroom cleanliness, and accurate inventory records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or other inventory management tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a safe environment

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales within an automotive parts store or dealership environment is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and automotive systems such as engine components, vehicle diagnostics, and auto parts management
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and dealership operations enhances your ability to serve customers effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication purposes
• Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS), POS systems, and stock control practices is advantageous
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relationship building and phone etiquette
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and cash handling
