Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Project Manager within their Global Transaction Banking group in Dallas, TX

Typical Day in Role
- Contribute to a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank systems, relationships, and knowledge.
- Manage and support a complex, multi-faceted project and system implementation to meet strategic transaction banking needs across global operations and various business lines. Apply financial and technological knowledge to introduce new procedures, business initiatives, and system solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and managing detailed action/project plans
- Conducting critical research and analysis to assess current state and best practices
- Participating in system training and developing training programs for Operations users
- Defining test plans and test cases for Unit Testing, Integrated Systems Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Clearly defining business requirements on behalf of Operations across concurrent workstreams
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) when applicable
- Liaising with users, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies
- Develop a deep understanding of current transaction banking products and operating model frameworks to support the development and documentation of future-state structures and processes.
This includes:
- Creating policies, procedures, knowledge libraries, and job aids
- Developing comprehensive metrics used across all organizational levels
- Assist in designing or reengineering existing business processes and tools. Document operational processes to mitigate risk, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and create measurable operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrate a high level of professional service and effective communication when working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to meet or exceed project milestones.
- Incorporate the organization’s risk appetite and risk culture into daily activities and decision-making.
- Foster an environment focused on efficient and effective operations while ensuring strong adherence to business controls across operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk.
Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills
- 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience, specifically within Transaction Products, with strong knowledge of Corporate/Commercial Deposits, back-office processes, interfaces, and risk management techniques
- 2 years of UAT experience
- Strong technical proficiency with MS Office tools and process management software (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
- 3 years of experience using business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- 3 years of experience with project management principles and practices (Agile, Waterfall)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Certification in Business Analysis
- Background in Consulting or FinTech
Salary : $40 - $48
