Our client a well known University is seeking for a Administrative/Program Manager in their New York, New York Location!
Responsibilities
- Manage operations and scheduling-related requests by faculty, student workers and Tamer Institute staff with other areas of the School, including ITG and Operations; support meeting and scheduling with climate speakers, researchers, and other stakeholders; support hiring of student workers and related HR processes.
- Support general administration for climate events and programs, including vendor management, payment processes, and assistance with travel logistics for faculty convenings.
- Assist with the execution of the Open Climate Curriculum Initiative, working with the faculty director and student team to make progress towards established goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 2-4 years of related experience required.
- Must be an efficient, detail-oriented team player, able to work cooperatively in a group as well as independently. Must be able to exercise tact and discretion when interacting with faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders.
- Must be technically proficient, including with innovative online tools.
- Must have excellent communication, grammar, and writing skills, as well as attention to detail with financial numbers and processes.
Salary : $30 - $35
