Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate with 3–4 years of experience in Treasury clearing, futures clearing, and/or FICC agency clearing to support a large-scale clearing buildout. This role will play a key part in building out a full clearing framework, supporting the transition to an agency clearing model, and driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.
The environment is fast-paced and highly visible, sitting within a futures-led business aligned to an FCM structure. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support go-live efforts and help scale clearing operations across treasury and futures products.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of initiatives across Treasury clearing, futures clearing, and FICC agency clearing
• Assist in building out and enhancing clearing frameworks, including variation margin and post-trade processes
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Front Office to drive project deliverables
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting materials
• Gather and document business requirements and translate into actionable tasks
• Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate when needed
• Support process improvement efforts to drive operational efficiency
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements across clearing workflows
• Contribute to go-live readiness and ongoing buildout of clearing infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
• 3–4 years of experience in Treasury clearing, futures clearing, FICC, or agency clearing environments
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, and post-trade operations
• Exposure to futures operations including margin, possession, segregation, and customer statements
• Experience supporting project delivery (PMO, project coordination, or BA experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
Nice to Have
• Exposure to regulatory initiatives impacting clearing (margin, capital, reporting)
• Experience with fixed income products, derivatives, or repo markets
• Familiarity working with FICC, BNY Mellon, or clearing brokers/custodians
• Experience with systems such as Calypso, IMPACT, or similar platforms
• Process mapping and documentation experience

Salary : $50 - $55
