What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential customers by phone (inbound and outbound).
- Educate and guide people through Physicians Mutual’s trusted insurance solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Licensed Telesales Agents to ensure every customer feels cared for.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up with warm leads — no high-pressure selling.
- Use modern tools (ACD, Predictive Dialer, IHP) to make your job efficient and enjoyable.
- Build lasting relationships and be a trusted voice for customers who need clarity and care.
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least a year of customer service or sales experience.
- One or more years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Communicate naturally, listen actively, and genuinely care about helping others.
- Are confident with technology (PC and Phone technologies) and thrive in a team environment.
- Bring positive energy, professionalism, and heart to every interaction.
- You don’t need insurance experience — just a passion for people and a willingness to learn.
