As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will
- Support Sales Leaders & Agents – Provide comprehensive business support to Regional Sales Directors, Account Managers, Agency Principals, and Agents.
- Coordinate New Business Processing – Serve as case coordinator from application submission through policy delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Deliver Outstanding Service – Provide professional, high-quality service to policyholders, Agents, vendors, and internal Home Office teams.
- Build Strong Relationships – Foster positive working relationships with Agents, Field Sales Management, Agency Principals, and support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 years of administrative experience, ideally in insurance or sales support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet applications, and general PC use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and guide others effectively.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities; capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance department and HIPAA privacy regulations is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Physicians Mutual products, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
