Opportunity Details
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CFO, CHRO, and other C-level executives including answering telephones, scheduling conference calls, scheduling luncheons, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments to prioritize meeting requests/logistics, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, creating itineraries and agendas, and compiling documents for committee meetings.
- Interact with clients, co-workers, and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, necessary office functions, and ensure that administrative support concerns are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, faxes, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents as requested.
- Assists with overseeing that all office equipment is fully operational and keeping office supply inventory stocked.
- Assist with special projects and any additional needs of all divisions of Administration.
- Provide coverage at reception desk, as needed.
- 5 days in office REQUIRED.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
