Total Compensation
- Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation (Includes base salary monthly productivity incentives CEU reimbursement signing bonus student loan reimbursement)
- Productivity incentives: Up to $2,500 per period

- Performs CPT coding with 90% accuracy

Your Role
- Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Collaborate closely with your team to optimize patient results
- Build strong relationships with patients and the community
- Document efficiently through our AI-supported EMR
- Uphold all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New Mexico PT license (or eligibility)
- Dry Needling certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
